How do I successfully ensure that my processes are implemented correctly at the outsourcing location?

How do I ensure the transfer of knowledge and how do I ensure that outsourcing does not cause any unrest in my own company?

We support you in the transfer of your tasks and processes. There are different ways in which the knowledge and processes are transferred.

We like to work with the shadowing method. In this method, the employees taking over come to their location and take over the processes directly. If travelling is too complicated and too expensive, this shadowing can be done online via teams or Zoom. We have very good experience with this.

In order to implement the transfer successfully, we divide the processes into individual subtasks. These subtasks are handed over to the new employees by means of "demonstrate, participate, do it alone". Regular quality gates ensure the completeness of the transfer.

In some cases, we simply record the processes in detail at your site and then transfer them to ours.
