Your outsourcing recruitment team creates the job description together with the business partner or the client, makes the advertisement according to your specifications and then accompanies the entire recruitment process. Our employees also carry out the screening of the CVs, ask for clarifications, make a selection and an online meeting as screening of the candidates. They obtain reference information and coordinate the meeting with the line managers and HR on site. Then they draw up the contract - just as if it were your recruiters.
