Optimisation with LEAN+

Optimisation and increased efficiency in outsourcing is a condition for us.

We rely on LEAN, which we use with all its modules in our tasks.

We rely on internal lean specialists who continuously scrutinise and optimise the processes together with the teams. KAIZEN, process optimisation and the elimination of MUDAs are already bringing great success. In addition, we hold a short daily LEAN meeting for each team, which serves to exchange all open points and helps to solve these points quickly.

The + stands for "Excellence". This is about strengthening the customer orientation of all employees and turning them into entrepreneurs. In this way, we train them to find the optimal solution based on real-life cases and thus continuously improve the quality for the customer.
